Kain-Fritsch cumulus potential scheme

KF-CuP is a Kain-Fritsch family convection option that links convection triggering to boundary-layer turbulence through a probability-density-based cumulus potential formulation.

The scheme also computes cumulus cloud fraction using timescales relevant for shallow cumulus behavior.
